At IDEAL Spanish Mexico, our history is built through the laughter, friendships, and cultural exchanges that happen within our walls. Today, we want to take a nostalgic trip back to 2011, a year that holds a very special place in our hearts.

A Season of Warmth and “Delicadeza”

During that time, our school was home to a large community of Japanese students. Their presence transformed the daily atmosphere of IDEAL, infusing it with a unique blend of joy and kindness. We fondly remember the warmth they brought to every conversation and that characteristic Japanese “delicadeza”—a gentle, refined grace that made our school environment feel truly harmonious and fun.

A Gift That Lives On: IDEAL’s Anthem

Among those unforgettable students was Madoka. Before she completed her journey with us, Madoka decided to leave a permanent mark on our institution. She didn’t just leave a thank-you note; she composed original music for IDEAL.

We have preserved her original, handwritten musical notation with immense affection for over a decade. It serves as a beautiful reminder of the bond between our school and the students who travel from across the world to learn our language and culture.
