This summer, from July 17–27, 2026, IDEAL Spanish Mexico invites you to step away from the beaten path. We have curated a 10-day cultural immersion program designed to take you deep into the history, art, and daily life of three distinct Mexican treasures: Mexico City, Malinalco, and Cuernavaca.

Phase 1: The Energy of the Capital

Our journey begins in Mexico City, a sprawling metropolis where pre-Hispanic ruins sit side-by-side with colonial palaces and modern art. We won’t just be sightseeing; we’ll be experiencing the cultural pillars of the nation. You will:

• Walk through the intimate Casa Azul, the home and sanctuary of Frida Kahlo.
• Experience the vibrant colors and storytelling of the Ballet Folklórico.
• Stand before the massive pyramids of Teotihuacán, feeling the scale of ancient Mesoamerican civilization.

Phase 2: Magic and Mastery in Malinalco

From the capital, we head to the “Pueblo Mágico” (Magic Town) of Malinalco. Nestled in a lush valley, this town is home to a unique monolithic temple carved directly into the mountain—one of only a few in the world.

In Malinalco, the pace slows down, creating the perfect environment for learning. This program includes 12 hours of professional Spanish classes integrated into our stay. Imagine practicing your verbs in a quiet plaza or learning culinary vocabulary during an authentic Mexican cooking class. Our goal is to give you the tools to interact with the world around you, turning every conversation into a learning opportunity.

Phase 3: Eternal Spring and Natural Wonders

We conclude our experience in Cuernavaca, known worldwide as the “City of Eternal Spring.” This region serves as our gateway to:

• Xochicalco: A hilltop archaeological site and UNESCO World Heritage location known for its sophisticated astronomical observatory.
• Las Estacas: To celebrate our journey, we will spend time at this breathtaking natural spa, where you can swim or drift through crystal-clear river waters fed by natural springs.
